AS Feinmechanik GmbH offers a wide range of machining services: CNC turning with Y-axis and conventional turning, conventional milling or 4- and 5-axis milling.

From prototype production to pre-series and series production, you can rely on us for all your machining needs. We manufacture your precision parts entirely according to your specifications. Our machines for precise surface grinding, internal and external cylindrical grinding and finally CNC external cylindrical grinding also ensure the right finish.

We specialize in components for mechanical and plant engineering, medical technology and the automotive industry.

Thanks to our team’s many years of experience in component construction, we are the right partner for you if, for example, you require sophisticated components for applications in mechanical engineering and plant construction, in particular for packaging machines and printing machines, gear components, components for applications in the fields of medical technology, aerospace, electrical engineering or fixture construction.

Of course, we also take on the design, drawing preparation and production of initial samples and small series. Please refer to our machine list for the individual specifications.

We offer you the assembly of your components in our in-house assembly department.

In addition to component construction, fixture construction is another of our specialties. Here, too, AS Feinmechanik provides you with complete solutions that impress. Our range of services includes holistic implementation, including quality assurance, documentation and control technology.

We manufacture assembly systems and testing devices for a wide range of tasks. Be it test fixtures, fixtures for endurance tests, clamping and assembly fixtures, manual workstations or welding fixtures, and much more: from development to completion – AS Feinmechanik provides you with complete solutions that meet your wishes and requirements.

So that you can rely on our quality

Quality assurance is one of the highest principles within the WOLF Group. To ensure that our customers’ quality requirements are met, the QA departments are staffed by highly qualified employees and equipped with state-of-the-art machinery.

The measurement results are documented and continuous checks are carried out throughout the entire production process. Incoming goods should not be underestimated, as every incoming tool is recorded and provided directly with work plans (e.g. for resharpening and coating). This recording is carried out with our ERP solution proALPHA and allows us to subsequently track every step through production.
Once the tools have been recorded, pro ALPHA’s APS system automatically schedules and routes the most optimal work path through production.

All work processes at WOLF Germany are certified according to the strict guidelines of the German TÜV. Our high standards in quality management are adapted in our worldwide subsidiaries from our German headquarters – one of the reasons for our success.
